The problem we saw
Millions of university students have real, marketable skills — design, coding, photography, tutoring, engineering. But their only options to use them are unpaid internships, overpriced freelance platforms that take 20% of their earnings, or informal gigs found on group chats with zero protection.
Meanwhile, local customers — homeowners, small businesses, parents, nonprofits — pay premium rates on platforms like TaskRabbit for work that a talented student could do better, faster, and cheaper.
The gap between these two groups is what Campus Tasker exists to close.
